Two friends who’d rather build something than work for someone

Jim and Johnny have been friends since long before this was a business. Both born and raised right here in Yakima, they spent years working other people’s jobs and kept coming back to the same idea: do it themselves, do it right, and stand behind every yard with their own names on it.

Fair question. Being new is exactly why we treat every single job like our reputation depends on it, because it does. You get the owners on site, not a crew we have never met, and we do not consider a job done until you would happily show it to your neighbors.

We cover Yakima, Selah, West Valley, Terrace Heights, Union Gap, and Moxee, which is most of the Yakima Valley and the towns right around it. Not sure if you are in range? Just ask, and we will tell you straight.

It depends on the scope, since a seasonal cleanup and a full patio build are very different jobs. That is why we quote in person and in writing, so the number you see is the number you pay. No padded line items and no surprises at the end.

Both. We do one-off installs and hardscaping, and we also keep yards looking sharp with regular mowing, edging, and seasonal upkeep on a schedule you can count on.
